Enjoy this Indian vegetarian cooking lesson with Sadhvi Uma Puriji, direct from Vep in Hungary where hundreds have gathered for Swamiji's summer lecture series.

 

This lesson demonstrates the making of Kadhi (a delicious Indian soup) using Karela - also known as bitter gourd, bitter melon or bitter squash. It has many beneficial effects for our health.
